To apply for EAMCET 2014, candidates have to fill EAMCET 2014 Application Form on the official website of the exam. The form will be released tentatively around second week of February 2014. Admit Card

Only those candidates will be issued admit card who complete the application submission process successfully. Once downloaded, candidate must check the admit card for any error or misprint. If any error is found, admission authority must be contacted immediately. The Commissioner of entrance exam of KEAM will conduct Kerala CEE 2014 exam on 21 & 22 April 2014. The engineering entrance exam is a state level exam conducted on behalf of all the engineering colleges present in Kerala state and can be given by the candidates who fall in the eligibility criteria set by the exam authority and by those applicants who are interested in taking up engineering as a field to study at their undergraduate level. The candidates will be granted admission on the basis, of merit where the marks obtained by the candidates in the Kerala CEE entrance exam and in class XIIth exam, which is also the qualifying exam will be equal contributor of the merit list.

KERALA CEE 2014 – ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The eligibility is an important aspect of the exam and it has to be qualified by every candidate who aspires to appear for the exam:

• As far as the nativity of the candidate is concerned, the student must be of Indian origin or overseas citizen of India (OCI).
• The applicants will be segregated in categories: Keralite, Non- Keralite (category I) and Non- Keralite (Category II).
• As per the rule of Kerala CEE 2014 eligibility criteria there will not be any special reservation, physical disability or any community reservation
• The candidates must have attained the age of 17 years by December 2014
• The interested applicant must have minimum of 50% marks in Maths separately and 50% marks in Physics, Maths, Computer science or chemistry in Kerala HSC. ALTERNATIVELY, the applicant must have diploma of three years with 50% marks.

Following is the compulsory reservation made by the authority in Kerala CEE 2014 exam:

• State Merit will hold 64% reservation.
• Socially and economically backward classes are granted 26% reservation.
• The candidates of Ezhava, Muslim and Hindu backward classes will be given 9%, 8%, 5% reservation respectively.
• The scheduled tribe (ST) and scheduled caste (SC) holds 2% and 8% reservation respectively.
• The Latin catholic, Kudumbi and backward Christian class is given 2%, 1%, 1% reservation respectively by the authorities.

After the candidate has completed the application submission process successfully, he/she would be able to download the admit card from the official website of the JEE. Admit card download link would be available to only those candidates whose application form status shows “received” or “successful”. Admit card can be downloaded from the JEE website from 1st week of March 2014 by entering the necessary login details in the fields as asked. Typically, the information that is required is application form number, date of birth.

After entering the details correctly, candidates would be given a download link to get the admit card. Candidates can download it and generate its subsequent printout. This shall serve as original admit card throughout the JEE Main 2014 process. Admit card would mention a wide array of details about the candidate as well as exam such as candidate’s name, roll number, photograph, date of birth, exam timings, venue and general instructions. Once the admit card is downloaded, candidates must read all the details thoroughly on it since there are chances, however less, that some misprints might occur. It is necessary to bring the admit card to the examination hall. In case a candidate comes without admit card, he/she would not be allowed to enter the exam hall and attempt the exam. The entrance examination of Kerala CEE or KEAM 2014 will be held on 21st of 22nd April 2014.Candidates can take the admission in various engineering courses in various institute of Kerala States by filling the application form of KEAM 2014. The application form filling process of KEAM 2014 would be started after mid-week of January 2014 on its official website. The admission process would be on the basis of Merit List.

Eligibility Criteria for Kerala CEE 2014 Examination

• Candidates must be at least 17 years old till 1st December 2013.
• Candidates must have passed certificates of class 10th and class 12th by any recognised board.

Paper Pattern of KEAM 2014 Entrance Examination

Birla Institute of technology and science (BITS, pilani) is the body responsible for disclosing the BITSAT 2014 application form and admit card. The BITSAT 2014 Admit card download is likely to begin the mid week of April 2014 on the official website.
