Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Advanced 2014 notifications have been released and the interested candidates are in high spirits are ready to prepare for the entrance exam which will take place on 25 May 2014. Before starting with the preparation the candidates must take note of the detailed syllabus, which is prescribed by the authorities as the syllabus in itself, is very elaborate and the first time takers of the exams might not have an idea about the syllabus therefore, the detailed syllabus is of utmost importance for the candidates. The Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Advanced 2014 Admit Card can be downloaded by the candidate from the CBSE and JEE advanced official website. The downloading of admit card will begin from 11 May to 24 May 2014. It is important for every candidate to possess admit card while appearing for the exam. The admit card of JEE Advanced 2014 is considered crucial because it outline some very important information like name of the candidate, registration number of the candidate, category of the candidate, nationality of the candidate, age, gender etc of the candidate. Once the admit card is downloaded by the candidate, they must ensure that everything on the admit card is very clearly stated including the scanned photograph of the candidate and in case the picture is not clear the candidate must make sure that they carry a recent passport size picture in order to show t the invigilator while the admit card are checked. The answer key of JEE advanced 2014 will be available to the candidate after the exam is over on 25 May 2014.


The Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Advanced 2014 Online Registration will start from 4 May 2014 at 10:00 AM and will be closed on 9 May 2014 at 5:00 PM. All the interested candidates will have to make online registration as this is the only way available to the candidates for registering themselves for the JEE Advanced 2014 exam. There is no either offline process through which candidates can register for the entrance exam but the candidates have the liberty of making payment in online or offline mode. It is advisable to the candidates that they take precautionary actions and must enter all the information clearly also the candidates will have to upload their scanned signature and recent photograph otherwise the online registration of JEE Advanced 2014 will not be complete. To make the online registration the candidates will have to visit the CBSE official website. The process will be complete only after the payment is made by the candidate. There is variation in the payment of application form the candidate of OBC and General category will have to pay Rs. 2,000 as application fee while the candidates of SC, ST, PWD category candidates will have to pay Rs 1000 as application fee.


The JEE Advanced 2014 Application Form will be available on CBSE official website and the candidates can download it from the website and more .The application form filling is a crucial step that the candidate interested in appearing for JEE Advanced 2014 exam will have to fill as the candidate will not be allowed to sit for the entrance exam without filling the application form. To avail the application form the general and OBC category aspiring candidates will have to pay Rs 2,000 in either online or offline mode and on the other hand the SC, ST, PWD candidates will have to pay Rs 1,000 either in or offline mode. In online mode of payment, the candidates can choose to make payment through credit card, debit card or net banking and if the candidate chooses to make payment in Offline mode the candidate will have to pay in cash either through SBI or Syndicate Bank Payment Challan. These option of payment can be availed by any category of students as there is reservations or restricts on selecting the mode of payment. Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Advanced 2014 Entrance Exam is scheduled for 25 May 2014 and IIT Kharagpur is responsible for conducting JEE Advanced Exam this year. JEE Advanced is the second step in the two-stage process of selecting candidates in various IITs and ISM Dhanbad. The exam is jointly conducted by IITs and CBSE. The JEE Advanced 2014 exam is a national level exam and is conducted in both online and offline mode and the purpose of the exam is to select the eligible candidates in various undergraduate engineering courses offered by premier institutes of the country. It is very important for the candidates o fall under the eligibility criteria of JEE Advanced, which says that the General and OBC candidate scoring 60% in class XIIth in their first attempt are eligible to apply while the candidates of SC, ST, PWD categories are required to score 55% at intermediate level.
